BY CAR
If you are coming from Brennero or Verona, take the exit "Rovereto Sud/Lago di Garda Nord" on A22, and just follow the directions to Riva del Garda for about 20 km.
BY TRAIN
If you are coming from Brennero or Verona, the nearest station is Rovereto. From the Rovereto train station there are several buses heading to Riva del Garda.
BY PLANE
The nearest airport for Lake Garda is Verona/Brescia, but also Bergamo is quite close. There you can rent a car or take the shuttle to the train station, then get a train heading to Brennero or an APTV bus.

Where can I park? How much does it cost?
We have a large car park for free. It’s closed during the night.
How long is the reception open in the evening?
We are always here for you! Around the clock, 24 hours a day.
Is there a Wi-Fi? How does it work at the Luise? How much does it cost?
Yes. It is easy-peasy to use and totally free of charge!
Where can I do my laundry?
Please, place your laundry in the provided bag and fill out the form indicating the number of items to be washed. it will be returned within two working days.
Can I leave my suitcase even after I have checked out?
Sure, no problem.
Can I pay cash? And with a bank transfer?
Of course. You can pay cash (up to € 5.000) and also with a bank transfer (just remember to do it at least 5 days before the arrival).
And if I wanted to come with friends and family, would it be possible to book more rooms?
Sure. The cancelllation policies for bookings of 5 or more rooms could just be a little different.
Are dogs allowed - and what is the charge per day?
Only on request (maximum 1 per room; not more than 10 kilos). There is a surcharge of € 10 per night for your four-legged friend (not including food). They can't be left alone in the rooms for a long time and go inside the restaurant and the common areas, not because we don't like them, but out of consideration for other guests. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I charge my electric car?
We have a couple of spots in our parking place where you can plug your electric car into a normal 220v Schuko outlet.
Do you have dedicated conference rooms?
We have 2 conference rooms for 40/50 people, and we do have a very comfortable lounge area with plenty of space to meet informally, though.
How about ironing?
Snappy dresser, huh? Sure we can help you out, iron and board are available at the reception.
I'm travelling with children, do you have foldout beds?
We do have extra beds available. If you need to book for more than two people, please contact our reservation department directly.
Do you have cots?
Yes we do, at € 10 per night.
Can I check in early?
It's possible, though it's not always possible due to our high occupancy dates. If your room is available, we have no problems going out of our way to get it ready earlier than 3 p.m.
Can I check out late?
Like early check in, late check out is subject to availability. Please contact us and we will do our best.
