Kids discount: free up to 5 years, meals excluded if parents chose B&B. 50% discount for 6 to 10 year old kids; 30% discount for kids > 11 years.
Halfboard supplement: 18 Euro per person and day.
High season: during congress, fairs or events, the high season rate is applied.
Meals: for half board stay no discounts are applied for meals not taken.
Dogs: 10 Euro/day surcharge, food excluded. Must be kept on the lead; entry forbidden to the restaurant, swimming pool and garden. Please bring your dog's own blanket and basket with you.
Check-in: rooms are at the guests disposal from 15,00 on arrival day. If you are checking-in after 18,00, please let us know. All the rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Check-out: please check-out no later than 10.00. Depending on availability, checking-out is allowed up to 14.00 with a 35 Euro surcharge. Junior suite check-out: no later than 12.00.
Room number: on booking we can ensure you room type but not room number, floor and location.
Payment: cash, cheques, and all credit cards.
Confirmation and cancellation: your credit card details are requested on booking. Booking can be cancelled up to a week before scheduled arrival. Clients cancelling less than a week before scheduled check-in will be charged for a night's stay.
