The Feeling Hotel Luise offers a light and creative Mediterranean cuisine, with natural ingredients and rapid cooking so as to preserve aromas.

The Season's vegetables, extravirgin olive oil from the Agraria olive mill in Riva del Garda, the sole business in Trentino boasting the "Garda Trentino" denomination of protected origin (DOP); cheese from the Mount Baldo barns, high quality meat and fish from controlled suppliers - home made ice-cream every evening, produced with fresh high quality milk with no added aromas nor colouring agents.

And the best wines from the local wine growers. Marzemino with its viola aroma from the local grapes, the robust Teroldego, the Nosiola, with nut notes.
The Vino Santo Trentino, a highly regarded wine, produced by Nosiola grapes dried on the trellis (arele) and pressed during Holy Week.

Hotel Luise is one of the largest Family Hotel. Ideal for a long vacation, as well as for a last minute. Family Hotel is a land of sports, relax and culture. A few kilometers from our hotel, in fact, there is the Mart in Rovereto. But if museums are not your thing and you prefer an active vacation, then you'll find a regatta on Lake Garda, a sailing course or healthy bike along Lake Garda.
